We recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Outback from this dealership, and shortly after bringing it home the rear liftgate stopped working properly and will not open.
Since then, trying to get the issue addressed has been extremely frustrating. We’ve reached out multiple times to sales, a sales manager, and even the general manager, and have either been passed around or not responded to at all.

Everyone from Brandon the sales associate through the negotiations and all the financing was great. One of the best dealerships I have dealt with. Everyone is cordial, attentive and extremely helpful with any issue. My experience was positive through the entire deal and with several questions and concerns since then. I have always found this dealer to be a great resource for my car, regardless of issue.
Travis was my salesperson and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to make the buying experience easy and special! Travis listened to what I wanted in a new car and and never made me feel bad for changing my mind! At my arrival, Amber was polite and very clear, explained everything completely. She kept me informed as to progress and completion time. The person who serviced my car was thorough and I was happy with the job done. Although it was an expensive visit, I felt confident going back home. A job well done by all.
It is amazing how consistently great the staff is at Jefferson City Honda. From the reception, through updates on the work, the costs covered as they progressed through the repair, to the final check out. Zack, service advisor, delivered the Passport to me, showing the repairs done. They always return the car without any signs that they had been there. No finger prints either!!
Their svc dept helped our 2001 Odyssey reach 1/3 million miles on Labor Day! I took bagels to them to celebrate. :o)

They told me they changed the engine oil during the vehicle's initial checkup. I checked it a few days later, and the oil already needs to be changed because it's a dark color.

Very rewarding and insightful visit. For example I was given some valuable advice on how to rid my vehicle of some intrusive overnight rodents. The advice given was, "remember to close the air vents and place an Irish spring soap bar inside the glove box". The rodents cannot tolerate the strong fragrance. Also, I got a new cabin air filter.
This was the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased here and it was just as smooth every time. Craig was our salesman on all 3 sales and he’s a great man to work with.

Julie, the front assistant was helpful. But the actual mechanic working on the car didn’t seem to listen to my requests or information concerning my vehicle. A new starter put in my car in 2021. When I dropped my Honda Pilot off my starter worked, when I picked it up, it no longer worked. No attempt was made to explain or to share the cost of the repair of my starter. That was disappointing.
The Columbia dealer where we bought our Honda couldn’t get us in for almost two weeks to even diagnose/check for the problem with our cruise and other safety issues Jefferson City Honda got us in and fixed the problem quickly.
I am very pleased with the service department. Andrew was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and provided a detailed solution.
They are always friendly and do a great, great, great, great, great job for me.

Took our car in because i had noticed a few oil drops on the garage floor and figured it was a loose filter or something as simple. Manny was courteous, quick to attend to the issue and very professional. As it turned out it was the drain plug that wasn't quite tight enough. The drain plug was tightened, the pan and undercarriage cleaned and oil topped off. I got the impression that Manny treats all of his service department customers with respect and courtesy. We purchased a 2019 CRV off of their lot and within the first 5 thousand miles we are hit with a brake fluid flush, new battery, wipers and a coolant flush. We should have purchased the Toyota.
As always Honda of JC did a great job. Andrew and the rest of the Honda team did an excellent job in taking care of my vehicle. With the outstanding communication I was never left in the dark as to what was being done to my truck and the approximate completion time. A team like this is what definitely keeps the Honda wheels turning.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Honda of Jefferson City technicians. Despite providing detailed information about the check engine light issue, they could not identify or resolve the problem. Additionally, they recommended replacing the tires but completely overlooked the suspension issues that caused the tire problems.
It was frustrating that they failed to address my reported concerns yet charged for their services. Ultimately, I had to take my vehicle to another shop, where all the issues were promptly diagnosed and resolved. This experience was both costly and time-consuming. We live 1 hour and 15 minutes away from this dealership AND pass by a closer one on the way, but choose to have our Hondas (current: '07 Accord, '17 CR-V, '04 Accord, '20 Pilot, '17 Ridgeline/previous: '00 Odyssey, '05 Pilot, '03 Element) serviced at Honda of Jeff. City because of how well we are treated EVERY time by the service advisor (Manny) and the quality of work that's done each and every time by the technician (Diaz).

I scheduled a service appointment for a recall I received from Honda for 1:00 on a Saturday. I arrived and was told to go back out and bring my car into the shop. I waited while the technician got off the phone which made it about 1:15 and then was told it was too late for them to complete the appointment because they close on Saturday at 2:00 and they needed an hour. The reason was listed on my SCHEDULED appointment, and I had driven over 45 minutes to get there.
Picked up our 2024 Pilot it was well worth the 2 hour drive .Garland and Cassidy were the best .We bought this Honda on line and over phone everything I was told would happen did My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase My wife loves her new Honda Pilot and we got great price ,well worth the drive. Worst car buying experience ever and shady financing practices. They’re nice but after you make the sale they ghost you! When we sat down with the finance department they weren’t clear on anything so we walked out really not knowing what we were paying for. We spoke about how our previous vehicle loan was written and how Columbia Honda cut us a check for the taxes so we could transfer the title into our name with no problems and he told us don’t worry he’ll take care of it. Horrible Communication and Dishonest Business practices.
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 8/8/22. Throughout the course of three months they have failed to provide quality consumer care. They do not return phone calls or voicemails, their staff is hard to reach in general. They sell vehicles off the lot before the require paperwork is filed in order for the consumer to pay sale tax and acquire plates. Timeline of events:
